Whether your wedding takes place at a vineyard, mountain resort, private estate, lakeside venue, or downtown location, we are happy to travel and document your wedding with the same attention to detail and creativity.
Couples getting married in Kelowna or West Kelowna do not pay any travel fees. For weddings outside our local area, travel costs depend on the destination, transportation, accommodation requirements, and the length of the trip. Every wedding is quoted individually.
To secure your preferred wedding date, we recommend booking your wedding photographer and wedding videographer 3 to 12 months before the event. Spring and summer weekends are our busiest seasons and often fill up quickly. If your wedding is approaching sooner, don’t hesitate to contact us. We occasionally have last-minute availability and will always do our best to accommodate your celebration.
Our wedding photography packages include 3 to 10 hours of coverage, capturing every important part of your day—from getting ready and the ceremony to portraits, family photos, cocktail hour, and the reception. Optional upgrades include engagement sessions, additional photographers, and drone photography where permitted.
Our wedding videography packages also offer 3 to 10 hours of coverage using one to three professional cameras. Couples can enhance their package with a second videographer, extra coverage hours, social media highlight reels for Instagram or TikTok, or a cinematic pre-wedding film. Every project includes careful editing of both a feature wedding film and a highlight video, ensuring every meaningful moment of your wedding day is beautifully preserved.
